I thought the course was really easy to follow, and the overall tone made it feel approachable instead of intimidating. The instructor explained things in a calm, straightforward way, which gave me the impression that the material was well thought out and beginner-friendly.
A few sections were dense enough that I had to go back and watch them again, but that didn’t bother me much. Overall, it felt useful, practical, and worth the time, especially because the examples made the lessons easier to actually understand.

I was hoping for more actual mentorship, but it felt absent most of the time. Whenever I reached out, the email replies came across like they were written by robots, not real people who understood what I was asking. The community support just didn’t feel very strong or personal.

I’m not trying to be harsh, but the instructor’s advice felt basic to me. Maybe it works for some people, but I didn’t really get the sense that it was coming from deep real-world expertise. I was hoping for more practical insight, and it just didn’t quite deliver.

I picked up some genuinely useful tips on camera work and editing, so it’s not like the course was a waste or anything. But for me, it didn’t quickly turn into paid gigs. it’s not even about that entirely, I think it’s more that you need to already have some clients, connections, or a lot of self-motivation to really make the most of it. If you’re starting completely from zero, it might take a while before you see real results.

Some of the lessons were actually helpful, but for what I paid, I expected a lot more depth and more frequent updates. I don’t have much patience for content that feels basic, especially when a lot of it seems like stuff you could find on YouTube for free. It’s not bad, but I wouldn’t say it was worth the money for me.
